Jerry Mitchell

Photography and Founding Member

Jerry has been shooting for 30 years for fashion, business, portraiture, and fine art. With a love for film noir, Jerry began his photography in high school with a Minolta XG-1 and Kodak T-Max black and white film, which emphasized the beautiful nature of gritty life. He received his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Houston Clear Lake, where he was published multiple times.

He started the Framed Artists Group in January 2020 with fellow artist Vincent Blair from Houston, TX. Jerry’s intent through the group is to foster collaboration among artists and enhance the impact of the pieces by combining different media.
