Visions

While milling around a vintage resale shop in Northeast Texas, Jerry Mitchell ran across some brass magnifying glasses with a wooden handle. The idea struck him to use these for the Framed Artists Group as a window into the souls of the models. The Visions series is about representing what hides inside, whether it be happiness, pride, fear, anxiety, or any other emotion. Liza Compass captured the serene confidence in the model below to create the first in this series.
